Terms of Service — Alex Fox Patterns

1. Digital Products All products sold are digital files (PDF, SVG, DXF, EPS). No physical items are shipped. Files are delivered electronically after purchase.

2. License Files are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the digital files. You may sell finished physical projects made using these patterns.

3. Refunds Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds are issued once order was completed. If you experience a technical issue, contact me at alexscrollsaw@gmail.com.

4. Intellectual Property All patterns are the original work of Alex Fox Patterns and are protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

5. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the store constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
