This is one of the first of Alex's 3D fretwork pieces I'll be cutting this summer. They look much more difficult than they are, and my customers are intrigued with how intricate they look when completed. It's just one layer at a time, stack and glue. Another masterpiece!

Beautiful Pattern. This was my first scroll saw project. I would not recommend this as a first time project. It was very hard. Also it requires a very very small blade and proper knowledge of how to turn the work neither of which i possessed. Also due to the detail in this pattern, it required quality hobby plywood. I used builders plywood and the laminate popped up in several places.
I tried adding some layers to give it more depth.
This is a wonderful pattern and i look forward to doing it again with the correct wood, blade and technique.

Tried it on paper first. Never done layers before but still loved how it turned out. Can't wait to try again but will different material

great pattern great quality for what you paid

I used this .svg to create a paper shadow box. This was my first attempt at a shadow box or even paper cutting. It turned out wonderfully. I get so many compliments from anyone who sees it. Thank you for sharing this!
